Glen Barry Evans,PDC Southeast Division Paymaster

Glen Barry Evans is the Paymaster for the Southeast Division, as well as the Web Sergeant for the Division on the MCL National Web Site. He also serves as the Assistant National Parliamentarian and as the Judge Advocate of the Department of Tennessee and various elected and appointed positions in the Music City Detachment 378. He joined the Marine Corps League in 1982, and is currently a Paid Life Member there in the Music City Detachment 378, as well as in the Stones River Detachment 1158.

He is a Past Commandant of the Music City Detachment 378 and a Past Department Commandant of the Department of Tennessee. Glen has twice been the Music City Detachment’s Marine of the Year, and he has been the Department of Tennessee Marine of the Year. He has received numerous recognitions for his service, including multiple awards of the Distinguished Citizen Medal (Silver and Bronze)

Glen is also active in the Military Order of the Devil Dogs, and has served in various elected and appointed positions at the Kennel, Pack and Pound levels. He has received the Past Chief Devil Dogs Award and is the recipient of the Pack Dog of the Year and the Pound Dog of the Year Awards. He has also received several individual commendations from the Chief Devil Dog, the Tennessee Pack and Music City Pound 155,

Glen is active in his church family, teaching classes and sponsoring certain groups. He is a member of the Fleet Reserve Association. He also participates in several veterans’ organizations and support groups, including the Tennessee Marine Family and Operation Stand Down – Nashville, and he serves as his Detachment’s Deputy Representative in the Veterans Administration Volunteer Service program.

Glen and his spouse Deborah (his Domestic Chief of Staff) reside in Nashville, Tennessee.
They have three grown children, Denese, Jennifer and Jaime, and 11 grandchildren.
